We are a recently-engaged, young couple and we are currently living in a 5-BR, 3-BA house – by ourselves! We are interested in renting part of our house at an affordable price. Do you know anyone who may be interested in this rental opportunity?
Our house is set up similar to a duplex. Renters would get a separate "wing" to themselves which includes 3 BR, 1 full and private bath, a nice living room with fireplace, dining area, separate entry, and street parking. This is all on one level. Kitchen and laundry are shared; utilities are split evenly. Our house is newly remodeled and in excellent condition - please or have any questions!
